The Dead Hand Solutions Small Tube Pro Kit takes our Small Tube Builder Kit and expands it into a 7-piece setup for fabricators who regularly work with smaller diameter tubing.

You get additional sizes plus duplicate jigs in two of the most useful diameters, allowing you to position multiple tabs before tack welding and keep spacing and alignment consistent across the project.

Why Go Pro?

Having duplicate jigs means you can set multiple tabs before you ever pick up the welder. That makes it easier to check spacing, alignment, and overall placement before anything becomes permanent.

How It Works

Match the jig to your tubing diameter, insert your Dzus tab, and position it using the integrated magnet. Check your orientation with the built-in level or degree markings, tack the tab into place, and remove the jig before completing your weld.

IMPORTANT: Chassis Speed Jigs are designed for positioning and tack welding only. Always remove the jig before final welding.
