Bubble levels and degree markings for perfect alignment
Stop fighting with Dzus tabs. Hold it. Level it. Tack it. Done.
The Dead Hand Solutions Dzus Tab Chassis Speed Jig is designed to make positioning and installing Dzus tabs faster, easier, and more consistent.
Instead of trying to hold a tab in position while measuring, checking the angle, and reaching for the welder, the Chassis Speed Jig does the holding for you. Simply match the jig to your tubing size, insert your Dzus tab, position it where you want it, and tack it into place.
An integrated magnet, built-in bubble levels, and degree markings give you the tools to quickly position your tab and repeat that placement throughout your build.
Select the Chassis Speed Jig that matches the outside diameter of your tubing.

Chassis Speed Jigs are positioning and tack-welding tools only. Always remove the jig before final welding. Do not weld directly against or through the jig.
Keep the welding arc directed away from the jig whenever possible.
Less measuring. Less fumbling. More fabricating.
