How It Works

Match the jig to your tubing size, insert the Dzus tab, and place the jig on the tubing. Use the integrated magnet to hold the jig in position and the levels or degree markings to set your desired orientation. Tack your tab, remove the jig, and finish welding.

IMPORTANT: Chassis Speed Jigs are positioning and tack-welding tools. Remove the jig before final welding.
