With multiple jigs in the most commonly used chassis sizes, a wide range of Dzus sizes, Trick Tab options, and the 90° Flat Jig, this kit is built to handle just about anything that rolls into the shop.

Why Multiple Jigs?

Because setting one tab at a time sucks.

The Ultimate Pro Kit includes duplicates of key sizes so you can position multiple tabs across a chassis, cage, or panel before you start tacking. Check your spacing. Check your alignment. Make adjustments. Then tack everything into position.

That's faster than measuring and resetting the same jig over and over—and a whole lot easier than trying to hold a tab with one hand while welding with the other.

How It Works

Choose the jig that matches your tubing diameter and tab style. Insert the tab and place the Chassis Speed Jig on the tubing. The integrated magnet holds it in position while you use the bubble levels or degree markings to set your desired orientation.

Position multiple tabs if needed, double-check your layout, and tack them into place. Remove the jigs and complete your final welds.

IMPORTANT: Chassis Speed Jigs are positioning and tack-welding tools. Always remove the jig before final welding. Do not expose the jig to the full heat of the final weld.
