How It Works

Select the jig that matches your tubing size, insert your Dzus tab, and position the jig on the tubing. Use the magnet, level, and degree markings to get the placement you want. Tack the tab, remove the jig, and finish your weld.

The included 90° Flat Jig gives you another option when you're mounting tabs to flat surfaces or need a clean 90-degree setup.

IMPORTANT: Chassis Speed Jigs are intended for positioning and tack welding only. Remove the jig before final welding.
