The Dead Hand Solutions Roll Cage Pro Kit expands on our Builder Kit to give chassis and race car fabricators an 11-piece collection of Dzus and Trick Tab Chassis Speed Jigs.

From primary cage tubing down to smaller tubing and mounting points, this kit gives you a much wider working range without jumping all the way to the Ultimate Pro Kit.

The Pro Kit covers the tubing sizes you're likely to encounter throughout a chassis build while giving you both Dzus and Trick options in the major cage sizes.

The included 1.00", 3/8", and 90° Flat Dzus jigs add even more versatility for smaller mounting jobs and flat-surface installations.

How It Works

Select the correct jig for your tubing and tab style, insert the tab, and position the jig on your tubing. The integrated magnet holds the setup while the bubble levels and degree markings help you dial in the placement.

Tack the tab, remove the jig, and complete your final weld.

IMPORTANT: Chassis Speed Jigs are intended for positioning and tack welding only. Always remove the jig before final welding.
