The essential Chassis Speed Jig setup for roll cage fabrication.
Building a cage means installing a lot of tabs—and holding each one by hand gets old fast.
The Dead Hand Solutions Roll Cage Builder Kit combines Dzus and Trick Tab Chassis Speed Jigs in three of the most useful roll cage tubing sizes, giving you a versatile 6-piece kit for race car, off-road, and custom chassis fabrication.
6 Chassis Speed Jigs:
Trick Tab Jigs
1.75"
1.625"
1.25"
Dzus Tab Jigs
1.75"
1.625"
1.25"
With both Dzus and Trick Tab versions included, the Roll Cage Builder Kit gives you more flexibility without requiring you to purchase a full collection.
Use them for mounting panels, accessories, wiring components, interior pieces, electronics, and all the other things that somehow end up attached to a race car.
Dzus and Trick Tab compatibility
Trick jigs designed for .085" Trick Tabs
Integrated magnets for quick positioning
Built-in bubble levels for repeatable alignment
Degree markings for angled tab placement
High-heat ASA construction
Helps reduce measuring and awkward tab positioning
Choose the jig that matches your tubing diameter and tab style. Insert your tab, place the jig on the tubing, and use the integrated magnet, levels, and degree markings to position it.
Tack your tab into place, remove the Chassis Speed Jig, and finish welding.
IMPORTANT: Chassis Speed Jigs are positioning and tack-welding tools. Remove the jig before final welding.
Less time holding tabs. More time actually building the car.
