The Dead Hand Solutions Fabricator’s Kit for Dzus Tabs gives you the most commonly used Chassis Speed Jig sizes in one convenient 9-piece kit. Designed to make positioning Dzus tabs faster, easier, and more consistent, these jigs take the frustration out of holding and aligning tabs while you tack them into place.

Each Chassis Speed Jig features an integrated magnet, bubble levels, and degree markings to help you position your tabs exactly where you want them. Whether you're building a new chassis, mounting body panels, or finishing fabrication work, this kit keeps your most-used sizes within reach.

How It Works

Choose the Chassis Speed Jig that matches your tubing size, insert your Dzus tab into the jig, and position it on the tubing. Use the built-in magnet, levels, and degree markings to dial in your placement. Tack the tab into position, remove the jig, and complete your final weld.

IMPORTANT: Chassis Speed Jigs are positioning and tack-welding tools. Remove the jig before final welding. Do not weld directly against or through the jig.
