Shipping issue

The product was lost. Sent an email and no repsonse. I tried another avenue and they got in touch with and are working to fix the issue. True character of a company is how they response to an issue. I appreciate their effort fixing it.

love them

i love them actually have never found anything like them to hold tabs on however i am using them on dirt car chassis for our body tabs and they work great alot better than burning my hand but i would like them to be made about twice as thick cause i think they would hold the tabs better when they are on an angle they wanna slide plus if they were thicker you could put more magnets in them which would hold the tabs better the tabs i use mostly are called trick tabs and they are 1/8 thick and much heavier than a dzus tab however like i said i love these things they work fine i just think they could be better for my application i have recommended them to several friends thank you
