Streamline chassis fabrication with our 2.00" Chassis Speed Jig. Simply clip onto the tube to perfectly align Dzus Plates or Scallop Strips, then tack weld onto your tubing. All jigs feature high heat ASA filament and are equipped with magnets and two bubble levels for precision. Note: This jig is for positioning and tack-welding only. Do not leave on while welding tabs. I bought a variety kit. Two of them have nice strong magnets and work well. Unfortunately, the other ones seem as if the magnets are recessed too far leading to a very weak hold. I may file them down until the magnets are flush with the plastic to fix the issue.
