Streamline chassis fabrication with our 1.00" Chassis Speed Jig. Simply clip onto the tube to perfectly align Dzus Plates or Scallop Strips, then tack weld onto your tubing. All jigs feature high heat ASA filament and are equipped with magnets and two bubble levels for precision. Note: This jig is for positioning and tack-welding only. Do not leave on while welding tabs. Works great, one of the magnets fell out on the 1st use. May need to glue them in the future.
I’ve used a few of the sizes I bought. They work good. I do believe that they are ment to be used with flat Dzus plates.

A great idea for a tool that I recently saw Shannon Campbell (@shannon&jesscampbell) use on his latest build. I ended up buying 5 different sizes then after my order was placed realized that I missed a discount by one piece. My advice: just pick 6 and get a discount.
Or by a dozen and give them to your buddies. 😎
This probably goes without saying, but only use the levels when the magnets are on the part in question. I threw it on top of a tab non magnet side down just because it was a fast easy level and realized that the non magnetic side is far from level.
