The Dead Hand Solutions Fabricator’s Kit for Trick Tabs combines the most commonly used tubing sizes into one 9-piece kit. Designed specifically for .085" Trick Tabs, the Chassis Speed Jig helps eliminate the awkward process of holding, measuring, and aligning tabs while trying to tack them into place.

Integrated magnets help hold the jigs where you need them, while built-in bubble levels and degree markings make it easier to achieve consistent tab placement throughout your build.

How It Works

Select the Chassis Speed Jig that matches your tubing diameter and insert your Trick Tab into the jig. Place the jig on the tubing and use the magnet, levels, and degree markings to position the tab. Tack the tab into place, remove the jig, and finish welding.

IMPORTANT: Chassis Speed Jigs are designed for positioning and tack welding only. Always remove the jig before completing the final weld.
